BEFORE making an order, be sure to confirm with the hotel if they accept deliveries.

Then, please fill out the following information in the Remarks Column:

1. Hotel’s name and phone number
2. Check-in date and Check-out date
3. Other (instructions from hotel, your request, etc)

We are afraid that we are not able to ship any item for orders without the information above, and we take no responsibility for any trouble that may occur.
