夏季休業期間中のお問い合わせへのご対応並びに配送スケジュールは下記の通りです。
お急ぎのお客様は十分にご注意いただきますようお願いいたします。

休業期間：2026年8月8日(土)～2026年8月16日(日)
・2026年8月6日(木)正午までにご注文いただきました商品は翌日発送いたします。
・2026年8月6日(木)正午以降～2026年8月16日(日)までにご注文いただきました商品は、2026年8月17日(月)以降に順次発送させていただきます。
・上記期間中にいただきましたお問い合わせに関しましては、2026年8月17日(月)以降に順次ご対応させていただきます。
お問い合わせを多くいただいている場合等、ご返信が遅くなる場合もございますのでご了承賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

Dear all customers who request shipping to hotels,
Thank you for choosing us.
We would like to ask all customers who request shipping to hotels to confirm the following.
BEFORE making an order, be sure to confirm with the hotel if they accept deliveries.
Then, please fill out the following information in the Remarks Column:
- Hotel’s name and phone number
- *Check-in date and Check-out date
- Other (instructions from hotel, your request, etc)
*Please order up to 8 DAYS PRIOR to your Check-in date. If you order earlier, we will proceed to cancel your order. Incidentally, we might suspend a shipment until your Check-in date gets closer.
We are afraid that we are not able to ship any item for orders without the information above, and we take no responsibility for any trouble that may occur.
We are closed for summer holidays from August 8, 2026 to August 16, 2026.
