年末年始期間中の配送スケジュールは下記の通りです。
お急ぎのお客様は十分にご注意いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

休業期間：2025年12月27日(土)～2026年1月4日(日)
・2025年12月25日(木) 12:00 pmまでにご注文いただきました商品は、2025年12月26日(金)に発送いたします。
・2025年12月25日(木) 12:00 pm以降にご注文いただきました商品は、2026年1月6日(火)以降に順次発送させていただきます。
・上記期間中にいただきましたお問い合わせに関しましては、2026年1月6日(火)以降に順次ご対応させていただきます。
お問い合わせを多くいただいている場合等、ご返信が遅くなる場合もございますので予めご了承賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

Thank you for choosing us.
We would like to ask all customers who request shipping to hotels to confirm the following.
BEFORE making an order, be sure to confirm with the hotel if they accept deliveries.
Then, please fill out the following information in the Remarks Column:
- Hotel’s name and phone number
- Check-in date and Check-out date
- Other (instructions from hotels, your requests, etc)
We are afraid that we are not able to ship any item for orders without the information above, and we take no responsibility for any trouble that may occur.

・Orders by 12/25/2025, 12:00 pm ⇨ 12/26/2025
・Orders between 12/25/2025, 12:00 pm and 1/5/2025, 9:00 am ⇨ on and after 1/6/2025
